Volunteering, events and clubs brought colleagues closer together than ever. Whether teaming up to help our communities; connecting around books and films; or sharing goals and accomplishments, we prioritized each other’s stories in an environment of individuality and purpose.
Magazines’ Employee Resource Group (ERG) Open House offered a chance to learn about ERGs, such as Hearst Pride, LatinX and Spark Women, which aim to support and empower colleagues while bettering the workplace culture.
